PayAdda Services Private Limited (“PayAdda”, “we”, “our”, “us”) values its Users and strives to deliver secure and seamless digital payment services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be initiated. By using our services, Users agree to the following:
Once a User chooses to subscribe to any service plan/offer announced by PayAdda and makes the corresponding payment, such payment shall be non-refundable under any circumstances. Subscribing to a PayAdda plan/offer is an irreversible process as per applicable law.
A User ID will be created in the PayAdda system only after successful KYC verification. If a User fails to complete KYC verification successfully, PayAdda will not be able to create a User ID, and no refund shall be provided for the service plan/offer payment already made. Hence, successful KYC is mandatory to access PayAdda services.
If a User performs a transaction (such as recharge, bill payment, money transfer, AEPS, BBPS, PAN service, or FASTag) and it fails due to reasons directly attributable to PayAdda, and PayAdda receives confirmation of such failure from the payment gateway, the transaction amount will be refunded automatically to the User’s original payment source (bank/UPI) within 3–21 working days. A confirmation email will also be sent to the User’s registered email ID. Please note that refunds will be limited to the actual transaction amount and will exclude payment gateway charges, processing fees, and applicable taxes.
If a User receives a successful payment confirmation but does not receive the service, they must raise a complaint by emailing our Customer Care at support@payadda.in within 48 hours of the transaction. PayAdda will investigate the issue and, based on the findings, may initiate a refund to the extent of the corresponding amount received by PayAdda for that particular transaction.
In all cases, PayAdda’s liability shall be strictly limited to providing a valid refund for the transaction amount received by PayAdda. PayAdda shall not be responsible for indirect losses, delays, claims, or consequential liabilities arising from service failures, third-party errors, or system downtime.
