Terms & Conditions

PayAdda Services Private Limited (“PayAdda”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates digital financial services including mobile recharge, bill payments, AEPS, DMT, BBPS, PAN, FASTag, and related services through our website and mobile application (the “Platform”).

By accessing, browsing, or using our Platform, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the Platform signifies your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on our Platform, and your continued usage constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Indian law.
  • You must complete mandatory KYC verification as per RBI and government guidelines to access services.
  • Corporate/business Users must have proper authorization to act on behalf of their entity.

3. User Obligations

By using PayAdda, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration and KYC.
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials and account activities.
  • Use services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with RBI/GOI regulations.
  • Not engage in fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious transactions.
  • Immediately report unauthorized access or suspicious activity to support@payadda.in.

4. Services Offered

  • Recharge & Bill Payments (prepaid/postpaid, DTH, utilities, etc.)
  • BBPS Services
  • Domestic Money Transfer (DMT)
  • AEPS Cash Withdrawal/Balance Inquiry
  • FASTag Services
  • PAN Card Services
  • Other financial & digital services as introduced from time to time.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments must be made using authorized payment modes available on the Platform.
  • Refund Policy: Payments for plans/offers are non-refundable. Refunds for failed transactions will be processed as per our Refund Policy, within 3–21 working days.
  • PayAdda is not responsible for delays or failures due to third-party service providers or payment gateways.

6. Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is found to be unauthorized, suspicious, or fraudulent, PayAdda reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate the User’s account.
  • Report the matter to law enforcement authorities.
  • Recover damages, penalties, or losses from the User.

7. Security & Data Protection

PayAdda follows reasonable security practices to protect User data. Users must safeguard their login credentials and OTPs. Data is stored in compliance with RBI’s Data Localization Guidelines. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (logo, brand name, design, software, text, graphics) is the property of PayAdda Services Pvt. Ltd. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or misusing PayAdda intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • PayAdda shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are not liable for losses arising from third-party failures, delays, or technical errors.
  • Unauthorized use of User’s account due to User’s negligence is not our responsibility.
  • Our maximum liability will not exceed the value of the transaction in dispute.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting support@payadda.in. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kolkata courts, governed by the laws of India. Arbitration may be invoked under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration at Kolkata, West Bengal.

11. Termination

PayAdda may suspend or terminate a User’s account without prior notice if:

  • Terms & Conditions are violated.
  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected.
  • Required by law or regulatory authority.

Users may terminate their account by submitting a request to Customer Care, subject to settlement of dues.

12. Force Majeure

PayAdda shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or service failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, system failures, internet outages, or regulatory restrictions.
