5. Payments & Refunds

Refunds for failed transactions will be processed as per our Refund Policy within 3–21 working days.

6. Fraudulent Transactions

PayAdda reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in unauthorized or suspicious activities.

7. Security & Data Protection

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and OTPs.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is the property of PayAdda Services Private Limited.

9. Limitation of Liability

PayAdda shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

11. Termination

PayAdda may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

12. Force Majeure

PayAdda shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
